First we reach at
katra railway station after moving from
haridwar rly.station . Before katra
junction many tunnels are come which are
made in the mountains separated by some
particular distance respectively . Tunnel looks very beautiful because tunnel are
construct in the mountain and in tunnels the
bulb are also glow which make
beautiful more before than that . In way there is very beautiful ,amazing side
scenery outside the train and mountain , beautiful valley ,railway overbridge
,flowers ,agricultural fields ,cattles and
animals , houses and village.
Katra rly station is very beautiful ,clean,peaceful,
and unique rly station in india . The scenery looks very beautiful after exiting
railway station .
KATRA TOWARDS HOTEL>>>>>>>>>
After exiting the
railway station ,we come at the street and talk a van driver,he give the
information about its hotel which are charging 700Rs /room for one day with
free facility of van services.

After fresh in
hotel we are leave the hotel at 9:30 am
and go towards our destination

V.D. TEMPLE .
At main gate there is
three rows of gate in one of them for ladies and other for gents .
A t main gate there is
very strict checking ,first we pass through detector machine and then checked
by police.So one thing is most important there is prohibition of plastics bags ,leather articles ,its better
to take very less thing with you .
The things mainly used
are :
1. one piece of innerwear and
clothes (it is bcoz before entering the temple in vaishno devi mandir we
bath beside a place(name not remember)------ of V.D.M).
2. money
3. sticks. (Depend on you)(cost 20RS only).
4.mobile phone (but
postpaid sim works if sim ARE outside of
J&K)
THE things are not
used
1.umbrella
2.cap
3.prasad (bcz outside
temple prasad stall will you be get).
After crossing first check room ,if your ticket is online for V.D.M so after
some step you got a ticket counter then you go to the Online ticket counter and give your online
ticket and than they ask your name and they take your pic and after that they give offline ticket ,take
your ticket then you go for your
destination.
Near first gate you get horse and one other
type of vechile which are very costly
but these are only facilities for going otherwise walk through stick which are done by max. people.
On going between there is two types ways -
1.through
sloop ways ,
2.through stairs ways (large no. of stairs and not prefer for heart patient ) ,most people are prefer to go through
sloopy way, it is easy to go but it take some more time than as stair way .
On way you found many
shops like cold drinks ,tea,ice-cream and many as. So it is better to take less
food as your as possible ,you may purchase on these stall.
After walking 7
kilometres we reach at ardhkumari temple through sloopy way . after reach first
you go ticket counter for ticket (No cost for charge apply for Ticket) and take
some rest after that you go for
v.d.temple(large no. line are at ardh kumari so it takes times 1
day ).
At Ardhkumari place
you get dormitory bed of charge RS ----- through by online ticket ,after
returning you may harass so you take rest at dormitory(no Dormitory bed are
available at v.d.mandir ) .on way there is curtain shed which protect from
sunlight .
After 8 km you reach
at V.D.M place so first go in stamp line for ticket (there is stamp entering on ticket by V.D.M volunteers) ,besides stamp counter there is Bhaint
shop(Prasad shop ) which DIFFEFRENT charge money for DIFFEFRENT TYPE Prasad . After then we go for BATH at _place (name not remembered)____ which besides
main gate of V.D.M , after bath we submit our Bag at cloak room which also are near the main gate but there is
large line have .
it is better reach after 8am morning and before
4 pm evening and after 8pm night ,you may did not get large line or crowd for entering at main entry gate .
after 5 pm evening, aarti has
been started so entry is closed upto 8pm .
line for entering in V.D.M are two
type 1. General line 2. VIP line ,general line are very crowded as comparison
to VIP line .
AFTER seen vaishno mata mandir you exit from mandir and take bag from cloak
room and
then go toward BHAIRO BABA MANDIR which is 7Km away from this . as
earlier I tell you get several shop ,horse , and drinking water in way .At Bhairo baba mandir there is not much
crowd you easily get seen statue.
After visiting Bhairo Baba Mandir there are two ways
1.
B.B.M --V.D.M --ARDH KUMARI ( i.e. Revese way which way you are come from, which are very large route ) ,
2. B.B.M---
ARDH KUMARI (YOU GO FORWARD WAY OR ASK BY LOCAL PEOPLE, it take less time and
short route it may be 7or 8 km.)
You may rest at
dormitory rooms and may be your ticket no is come at morning for visit the inside the ardh kumari temple .
NOTE.1. You always plan 2 or 3 DAYS for visiting
temple .

take 1 piece of your clothes.
3. PAN card or addhar card or ID.
4. SHOES .
5. SOME MEDICINE LIKE FOR VOMITING OR
FEVER.
6.
MONEY . (minim 4000Rs for one person ).
When you bath water is
very cold so be careful.
